A two part project, Altona Leisure Centre involved landscape works for the Leisure Centre surrounds and a separate integrated public art project entitled Water Wall. Water Wall is a two dimensional surface that generates an illusion of a three dimensional water surface. Moire patterns shimmer as the viewer’s perspective changes.
